Despite making several follow up's with Amex, they've not shown any interest to sort
the matter. Even today, despite having verbal assurance from their representative
that they'll need 2 working days to work this out, the confirmation below is not
atall enduring to assure that I'll be able to save the offer.

Foreseeing that the job opportunity will be lost, I'd like to pursue this legally.
Would request you to pl. find all essential details attached & the matter
earlier reported to Amex for help.
