    Default Non delivery of credit card-tracking and Resolve the issue.

    Dear Sir,



    This is Sivakumar.P from Chennai; I’m working for HCL Technologies Ltd,
    Chennai. I applied for City Bank Credit card but the credit card was not
    delivered to me because I went to United States for some Business
    Discussions from my Company visit. During my absence I locked my house and
    there is no chance that I can receive the same, the card has been misused by
    some one else.



    A few months ago a city Bank Representative met my house. I have explain my
    full history of the credit card status hereafter that he has collected my
    passport details then he confirmed that he will resolve the issue as soon as
    possible.



    After his visit I am not received any phone call and bank statements from
    there end So that I have confirmed my end the issue has been resolved but
    the HDFC Home loan division person say about my name in the City bank credit
    card defaulter list.



    So kindly tracking and clarify the below request. If you need any help
    please let me know.



    1. While applying card No one came to my home for address verification-
    check with vendor.
    2. To whom they have delivered the card and cross check with receiver
    signature-check with courier person.
    3. Basically after deliver the card the call center person will call the
    receiver and confirmed to send the pin number. But in this case to whom they
    have contacted and cross checked to deliver the pin numbers and let us know
    the Pin number delivered courier docket status and receiver signature.
    4. I contacted customer care person (M/s.Preethi) and get the information
    of transaction.
    5. She said the below transaction has been performed in this card.

    (1). Sep 16th, 2008-Shopping at Sandeep Jewelers….Rs.45,000/-

    (2). Sep 16th, 2008-Shopping at Anand Faction………..Rs.4332/-



    Note: The Shopping was done by Rs. 45000/- So that transaction has above Rs.
    10000/-.

    I understand that transaction has to produce Xerox copy of the ID card to
    the merchant. Can you check with the copy of ID proof and today all the
    small shop has hidden camera but this was jeweler shop so absolutely they
    have camera so kindly trace out the cheater.


    Kindly let me know the contact person details in Chennai because I want to
    resolve this issue as soon as possible.
