Attached pl. find the mail sent to your office on 30th Jan 2009 for not debiting my account with the late charges & service tax, but the same was debited & not reversed.. Now after making several calls to your office my view complaint was never heard & the amount was getting accumulated..
Now my saving account has been debited with Rs.6895.65 on 21th April 2009 for the same..
Am unable to understand the debit as the same was already intimated to your office.. Also if you had to debit then the same should have been when the amount was very low.. Now getting a good opportunity of the hefty amount you have debited my account by Rs. 6895.65.
Want to tell you that I always trust ICICI Bank for their services & hence always deal with your good bank for the credit ( credit card) as well as the debit (saving account) facilities..
I sincerely request you to reverse the transaction debited to my saving account and confirm.. Also please unblock my card so as to enable me use your good facilities offered as usual..

To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division. The address is:
