Iam using ABN amro CCard ***********8583, on by Jan 2009

I was offered a 4 season Scheme of round 5000/- by ABN

amro that would be valid after I accept it by signing the

Document that come by courier and pay for the same and if I

dont sign the document (as i didnt sign)the scheme will be treated as not

valid and the 5000/- Rs amount will get reversed, but

till date that amount is not getting fully reversed after

a series of call to its cust care and getting Request

no.s

I also have an insurance EMI of round 300+ p.m. that I

paid regularly in past and and in may 2009 I paid one

time payment of rest of amount left on this insurance

scheme.

the problem is that, I am getting calls that still I have

to pay xxx amount but since jan 09 I never used this

ccard and there was no previous payment left but the bank

every time threatens that I hav to pay the amount that I

never used.

please give me guidance regarding the issue.

no.s and every time for last 2 months the c care tells me that ur request is send to fast queue and will be done in 7 working days but no action is taken by them.

I was offered a 4 season Scheme of round 5000/- by ABN, and in the next statement it reflected the Scheme payment due But I didnt accept the scheme and as per thier scheme if i dont take the scheme,the amount for that scheme will get reversed.
but after a seriers of complaints and Requset process no. they still are not reversing the amount and commiting that it will be done in 5-6 working days, this procces of my complaints and reqests and their commitments are continuing till date (more than 6 months).

I will be very obelized if u giude me in this matter........

They reversed the same amt. but afterwards levied late payment fee for the same i.e. amounting Rs.4000/- in 4 months.
