Dear Sir,
I am using ABN AMRO Credit card. I had made a transaction of apprx Rs. 600 in the month of Feb. 2009. I had given credit card inforation in online form so they deducted my amount in mar and april also. Since I received credit card i was complainting in ABN AMRO customer care that i am not receiving bills please help me. They use to give me the complaint no. but i never received bill. This is the reason i could not understand the billing amount. I requested them to send an email but i could never open their attachment as they are not sending me valid bill.
When i requested them to block my card and reversal for the amount. They asked me to pay Rs. 699 and then call customer care. I did the same thing but i did not get the reversal and now the amount has become Rs. 5000. I am sure this amount will keep growing.
I am getting threatening calls from their customer care department. I gave this complaint to their customer care department. but no output.
Most important thing they are telling me is i never called customer care and there is no complaint i registered. They are fake.
Please guide me what should i do ?
