    Hello,

    This is my second mail regarding complaint against ABN AMRO bank to send me a wrong statement against my credit card no. 5447 **** **** 9000, Which I am using from last 2 years.
    CASE:---
    I am using the above mentioned credit card from last 2 years. As I mentioned in my previous mail that the bank has sent me a wrong statement dated 12th Aug,2009 with Rs.37,673 although I have not used my card nor I authorized anybody to use It. My actual spendings is about Rs.4865 only. Regarding this I had words with customer care & requested them to block my card immediately.
    They told me that your card has been misused, I was shocked to here this (How it can be possible...???? My card is in my custody & I am again saying that I have not used it). After that the bank has sent me a letter to highlight the disputed transactions which are not done by me & doing the same I have sent the letter on 22 Aug,2009 to their credit card division office in Noida by hand, Since that day I have not received any revert from their side.
    Request you to please help me & suggest me what I can be done as I am really harassed with service of ABN AMRO bank,

    Dear Mr. Tandon,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division also. To forward your complaint the address of H.O. is:

    Default interest payment on ABN AMRO credit card

    I have ABN AMRO credit card in your bank and my card no. 5239xxxxxxxx1661. I
    have done the transaction of Rs. 1,00,000/-. But I have paid on only
    Rs. 70,000/- before due day and remaining before bill generation date. But You
    are charged interest for total outstanding amount and overlimit
    charges. Actually I don't know, it will chargable for total
    outstanding amount. But I have only Rs. 560/- only on bill genetion date. But they are charged Rs.3654. I have called to the customer care and asked them, but they are saying that bank had charged for total outstanding, its not matching to the billed date time. I don't what's the way they are charging interest on cards.

    Myself Sagar Mal rathi, I had credit card no. 5425 0513 0591 5554, I had paid full amount of this card in settlement with bank on dated 15/02/2008. Now i want 0 balance showing statement for Cibil purpose. Kindly send me those statement at my address which is

    Settlement made against ABN AMRO Credit card - bank says it is not Valid.

    I have made a settlement for the credit card and now when I spoke with credit card customer care they say that i have to pay more. They also say that my Settlement has never been done. When I checked the details with them, they mentioned that the Settlement offered to me was Rs.22000.00 against an outstanding of Rs.29,981 as on 09/06/2007. But if you look at the settlement letter which was given to me, you can notice the below lines which explain that above statement is incorrect.

    Please be advised that the settlement amount is Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen thousand only) (the "Settlement Amount") as against the total outstanding of Rs.29981 (Rupees Twenty nine thousand and nine hundred and eighty one only) on 8/6/07.

    I have paid the agreed amount in Cash.

    I have got the following issues/queries with the bank.

    1. When the above statement and credit settlement letter explains everything why there is a confusion?
    2. When i spoke to the Credit card customer service before 3 weeks, they say that i will be receiving a call from collection department in 3 business days, I have not received any call, Why?
    3. I raised a concern by sending an email (Complaint # 00235426172, i have never got a response for the same. Please advise and reply to this email.


    I Have got the settlement letter and receipt for cash payment of Rs.18000/-.

    Unhappy compalin about late fee charges

    Dear Sir,



    My name is Rajesh G Dave. I am in your Bank (ABN AMRO) customer last 7 year. My Credit Card No. is 5425 0513 0526 6081. I am regular customer of your bank. You shall wrong charge of late fee. We request you so please you close of late fee charges. Therefore I sadly I closed your banks credit card. So Please you close late fee charges of my Credit card.

    We hope so you closed late fee charge into my Credit Card.

    Dear,
    I have a ABN AMRO credit card no. 5415382400582946 from last 3 years , I was shopped and pay every time on timely.But at the time when I apply for this card, they said its life time free card, but from last one year I cant use this card,but still Bank give me message statement in my mobile on 06.09.2010 .your credit card statement is dispached and your due amount is 1087/- and your due date is 05.09.2010.Why this amount I will paid.     I Biswajit Das. a ABN credit card loan setteled thirty one thousands ( 31000/- ) by bank & I pay 6000/- Rs. six thousands in cash with five separet checques of Rs 5000 thousand total 25000/- as per direction by Bank. Now A advocate letter with A/D is coming to me recently to advice me to pay 22800/-So i want you to please look into problem or else i need to take serious action on it and solve ma problem.waiting for your feedback.     I Sunita jain hold a ABN ONE card 5239504200680430. In last month statement I find 521.00 Rs.extra bill they add.I talk in custmor care center they inform to me that amount due to me from march month statement by mistake of their system. Than I ask them for march month statement for clarify that amount.They every time said to me that they send statement by email,but they didn't send. Than I less that amount in the staement and pay bill.

    Default Complaint Against ABN AMRO Bank

    Hi,

    Myself Mr Bhavnajbhi Muljibhai Patel resident of B-12, Akhand Dhara Avenue, Nr. Sama Village, Poonam Nagar Road, Sama, Baroda - 390008.

    I had availed a personal loan of Rs. 221000/- in Jan'2007 from ABN AMRO Bank - Baroda for 60 months. On regular payments the bank offered me for Credit Card facility with credit faciliy of Rs. 40000. Though we did not agree and accept the bank had sent us the card which is till date not even seperated from the letter received from the bank. Along with sending the card out of our knowledge bank had issued us a Insurance policy of Rs 300000/- from ICICI Lombard and had debitted the card by Rs. some Rs. 12667/-.

    We were in regular follow up with the bank reagarding closure of this as we had neither requested for a card or Insurance nor we have accepted the same.
    Earlier we did not get propoer response from the bank and every time we were asked to get in touch with the call centre where we did not get an ypositive response. In the mean time we started getting threatening calls from the collections agency that if we do not pay the money we will have to pay for it by other means.

    on 20.10.2007 we received a legal notice from Mr. Jitendra K Jha; Lawyer from Delhi which we replied through our lawyer Bharat Parikh on 14.03.2008 which was received on 18.03.2008 vide RPAD and post which we have not received any letter communication. But still we are getting calls from Delhi / Gurgaon and other locations for payments.

    Thouhg we have not used any credit card facility we are pressurized to pay money orelse are threatened for harrassing our family.

    We have fully paid the personal loan and receivd NDC for the same. But the bank has escalated our name in CIBIL. Due to his act of bank we are facing difficulty in getting loan. As we are into business we are in regular need of funds but now bnaks are backstepping for funding us due to this reason.

    We request you to please initiate instructions to close this case and issue NOC to us in this reagrds and remove out names from CIBIL.

    My Card Number is 5423 0517 171 8909.

    Please look into the matter and do the needful.

    I have a ABN AMRO credit card no. ************5583 from last 3 years , I was shopped and pay every time on timely.But at the time when I apply for this card, they said its life time free card, but from 2008 I cant use this card, but still Bank give me message outstanding Rs.6656/- as on till date 15.11.2011 .Why this amount I will paid.
