Dear Sir,
I would like to informed you against the SBI credit card the details are as follows:
1. The marketing executive contacted to me and offer SBI credit card free of cost for the one year. (Telephone no and name of the executive in with me)
2. I filled a from completely also the small information about the charges, where I have written NIL. (Copy of the same is with me)
3. Dispatch card on 3rd Feb 09 received on 7th Feb 09
4. Card used to purchased some goods and cloths of Rs 2908 in the month of Feb 09
5. If the card is generated on 3rd Feb 04 than my billing statement date shall be 3rd March 09 for first billing statement but there is no billing statement I have received.
6. I have received letter for the outstanding amount Rs 3364.10 received on 8th March 09
7. I have used helpline talk with Mr Uday on same day at 1030pm.
8. Also I have talk to Ms Sheetal for the same, she said ignore the letter and your billing statement will be 3rd March 09 made payment on purchase you done Rs 2908 before 23rd March 09
9. Deposited cheque of Rs 2908 on 16th March 09 and same was cleared on 19th March 09 as per the statement of 3rd Apr 09
10. Due their bad services and after continuous follow-up for the cancellation of fees I have decided to cancel the card. ( I have contacted too many times but no response)
11. Finally I have cut the card in to number of pieces and dropped in to the box along with the letter expelling all the details and all the attachments on 22.04.09
12. I received a letter from SBI credit card division on 29th April 09 that they have noted my request for membership fee charged.
13. But there is no changes and still I am getting bills every month without fail for the Delayed payments.
You are requested to guide me how to stop this issue. Can make complain against this? How?
