Hi,

I really want to sue Citibank for all its cheating.

1. First it was charging surcharges on credit card unexpectedly which I made them reverse by repeatedly writing emails and calling customer care
2. Then they charged annual fees of 500 rs (+ tax) on a card while applying for which I was told that it is a life time free credit card. Again, I wasted lot of time and energy and finally got the charges reversed
3. I got frustrated with Citibank and got both of my Citibank credit cards closed. Now, they debited 100rs from my suvida account for payment to one of those two credit cards both of which are already closed (they didn't have any outstanding balance - after confirming all these only they had closed the cards). The debit reference number is 0010604154.

I'm one of those customers who are loosing their hard earned money because of criminals like Citibank. I am getting my suvida account closed but it will take sometime. I do not know how many more times they will cheat me until then. I strongly urge all to never take any Citibank credit card or debit card or loan. Also, can anyone tell me how to sue this bank for all its cheating? I had heard that we can take help of RBI and fight against Citibank resulting in closure of its branches in Bengaluru (or any city).
