To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Axis Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman. The address of Head Office is:
