Hi Sir/Madam,

Hi i dandade pundalik complain is against DINING PLUS for Diduct my Fund Withour my permmisition.

My complain is against DINING PLUS for requesting payment of INR 6.9990 from my credit card department without my consent.

I have received a call on 9th may 2012 15:23pm from dining plus (+07428315454 Executive name: vikas) for a free discount card. Initially I denied it, but in the evening I got an SMS from same number (+07428315454) that mentioned Congrates, u'll receiving benefits & membership card shortly. UR card will be Charged for 5499/. For any qurey, call on 7428345414. Dining Plus, adjustment of INR 6.999 in my credit card bill (Note that the person had asked me for my credit card no. and assured me that this just for verification purpose). I tried to speak on the contact no. 742815414. provided for query but every time it was busy or not approachable).
Yesterday I got an SMS from my credit card department that the requested amount has been approved to the murchandiser(Dining plus). i called them up and They provided me an authorization code for reversal of transaction that I had to give murchandiser for payment reversal. Then I called on the no. provided by murchandiser(dining plus) in the SMS I received from them. The person named vikas who picked the call, assured me that he'll listen to the call recording and if the payment request is not in the call they will reverse the payment request. Now they are not providing me any solid reply and this has been a mental pin for me. Please advise how should I proceed with this issue and what can I claim from them.

I DO NOT WANT TO SHARE WITH HER MY DETAILS BUT SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE ARE NOT A PERSON FROM THE MARKETING COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW WHY I SHARE MY DETAILS WITH HER AFTER SOME TIME MR ABHINAV WAS ON THE LINE AND SAID " NO MONEY CHARGES BY YOU. ITS AN PROMO BENEFIT CALL, YOU JUST SHARE WITH US YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS THEN YOU GOT MANY KIND OF DISCOUNT" . AND WITH IN FIVE MINUTE I RCEVD MESSAGE FROM SBI FOR DEBIT FROM MY CARD 5499.00 AFTER THAT I CALL ON 0124 6462442 MR AJAY, MR SUNIL TALKED TO ME AND THEY ARE VERY CONDOM PERSON .
PLEASE BE CARE FULL WITH THIS CHEATED PERSON FROM THE DINING PLUS

On 23 jun 2012 evening I received a call from unkown caller representing them as SBI golden card company and asked me that I have been selected for the SBI golden card and this card will be sent by courier to my address which they already had. he told that for that they have to verify my card information and in the name of verification taken the details of my card and told me that a password will be received by me through sms and taken the password from me again they verify my card @@@ number date od birth and validity of card in the name of verification and again obtain my password which I received through SMs. As they told that this card will be issued free of cost to me and no hidden cost will be there and I will get 20% discount on all my purchases by his card.To my surprise I received the message that Rs 5499/- transaction is done on my SBI card.I caaled on the callr number but I have not got any response from the number.They have deducted the amount without my permission and obtain all my information in the name of verification. Kindly look into the matter and revert my money back as it was obtain fraudulantly without giveing me all the information it was obtain in the name of SBI golden card issue to me among the selected customers of good track record of payment of card.I am not at all intrested in any scheme of dining plus.

dear sir i m cheated by dinningplus on 29june.they give me wrong information and done a transaction of 5499 from my cr
edit card with out my permission.so please take action against him. thankyou.

KNOW I HAVE RECEIVED THE CARD NO 29 10453 VALID ON 08/2013. I AM NOT USING THIS CARD REQUEST YOU TO CANCALED MY CARD IMMEDIATELY AND SEND MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POOSIBLE.

sir i have cheated by dinning plus mumbai for rs 5499 on 6th of june 2012 by posing as hdfc bank executive , as they are providing me a new card and gift vouchers with additional discount of 20% on every purchase.they also confirm all these without any cost but to my surprise and shock when my credit card statement shows a deduction of rs 5499 by the comp. plz do the needfull and revert back my funds from the fraud company. do feel free to call me at 09815017871

I am holding the HDFC credit card of . I had a call on 20-September-2012 evening with this number +911130967200 and that guy stated that he is belonging to HDFC Card and tell my billing address. I do believe that he is a genuine executive from HDFC. He explained about dining plus card and the tour vouchers and make me to commit for that. I blindly believed and make an amount of Rs 6300/-. He connected me on phone and asked me to enter the credentials and then i got passcode from IVR. He asked me enter that one and Rs 6300/-debited to my credit card. After that i checked the validity of that Dining Plus company in internet and i found that most of the people are become victims like me. Please do the needful and make necessary legal actions on them. If possible please block my transaction and restrict others to know the customer information.

I recived call on my Idea number regarding discount offer on my HDFC credit card 20% discount on every transaction n some how they deducted amount of Rs 5499/- from my credit card through HDFC and when I call back there was no no exists when i called to HDFC customer care i came to know there was no such offer this thing happend on 21/09/12.

I had got a call from 01203939400 stating they are from Dining Plus. They had claimed that since i am using a HDFC credit card, i will be getting a DINING PLUS card free of cost and they wanted my HDFC card number for verification. I had hesitated initially and had avoided but they kept calling and assured that the card will not be used and is for address verification only. While i provided my card, i had asked them again and they had claimed that not a penny will be taken from my card. But now Dining Plus has taken Rs.6399 from my card. I would like to take proper action against this. What do i do?
