Hi

I am using HSBC credit card 4384599909489345 since 2005. In Feb 2009 , I confirmed amount dues as 3,391 and I paid that amount by ICICI bank Cheque No. 27408.
On June 20th, I got a call from HSBC that Rs. 150 is pending in my Account and If i want to settle that , I have to pay Rupees 150. After getting amount they promised me to issue settlement letter.
Recovering agent visited my house next day (21/06/09) and I paid him Rs. 150.
Details of receipt are :

Collector Name : Devi Dey
Authorised Collection Firm : Serco BPO
Reciept No. 0741796

I thought that Amount is settled and I will get settlement letter soon.
To my surpise I got a call on 27th June that I have pending amount of Rs. 600 in my account. If I have to do settlement I have to pay that amount. I literaly shouted on them and they apologies for that.

I applied for a Home Loan transfer from IDBI. To my surprise again . IDBI people told me that I have a balance of 3500 in my HSBC Card.

Can you please help me in getting out from this viscious cycle.

I am Malti tyagi H SBC Cridet card N0-4384599992782382 i have never uses this card and not even activated this card but still S M S are comming on my phone regarding outstanding balance.I am not intersted to used this card kindly close it for ever .

Hi i'm Gemma Almarinez w HSBC credit card no.4028 9200 0787 9678, which is already expired last july 2010. I already informed your good office to disconnect/cut my membership as a cardholder a month ago because until now i'm still receiving an statement of account from your office.
I hope your good office do something about it,.i hope for your understanding and good considerations..

I Ashutosh Kumar had applied for the HSBC Credit card long time ago that some where is 2007 through your some agent as he told us that the card is free for life time and he has some targets, but after applying i came to know there are charges for the same so whole of my staff told him not to process the form. I am working for An IT company, today if i am applying Home loan i came to know same cannot be process as there is default in payment of my credit card Rs 180000/- and after enquiry got from CIBIL got to know its HSBC Credit card in my name, which i never use nor received. At starting i recioved few ca;ll that i have done purchasing but i told them , that i never recived any Card , and i am already not into that location when they mention that they date they have delivered . Request you to help me on this, if there is any credit card showing active in my name do stop it. I want my name to get out of this CIBIL matter. If i dont have a card why do i PAY?
what so i do as i need to apply for Hoam loan , please advise .

Myself Pravinchandra D Sulakhe had HSBC Credit Card by year 2002 and that time i had taken some amount on cash and by the 2004 i had closed the account by paying the entire balance amount on 2004.

As on the day i had applied a loan in State Bank Of India for purchasing the land and my all paper work is completed and only its showing Written Off Marks from HSBC banks, so please cancelled the same marks, so that my paper works will completed and i can get the loan as early as possible, if any chargers has to be pay, please inform me.

Hi,
I lost my credit card some times back. When I came to know about the same the card has been misused and the person has shopped for about 20000. Then right after that I have block the card and did a police complain. I sent a fax to the HSBC, chennai regarding what should I do in this situation. Then I did not get any response. After that I had given written application to the bank couple of times. But I did not get any response from them. I also have that application copy and complain no. with me.
Now I got legal notice from court regarding HSBC credit card payment that I have an outstanding amount of this much and I have pay it otherwise they will take the actions.

I don't know what should I do here. I need any suggestions.

As per my HSBC cards statement, There is additional added charges of Additional annual fee( Rs- 1000 ) & Primary card membership fee(Rs-2000), previously HSBC person told me that there is no annual fee & additional charges on this Cards and this is life time free card and i have mentioned in application form during applying. then why should i pay this money.
please Cancel my credit card with immediate effect.
