Dears,
My name is Devendra Lodha & am a harassed customer of ICICI. Problems started ever since I opted for the card & have invited troubles and frustration for myself. I was offered a free upgrade to Gold card in April-08 & while I never received the card till October-08, I kept on getting the statements. Upon constant follow-up & escalating the matter to their corporate office, it was resolved finally in Oct-08
Then in Dec-08 another problem occurred, where in I had made the payment, but the same was not reflecting in their statements.
I am enclosing my correspondence with their customer care department thru mails, for your reference. This time also I tried to solve the matter with their co-operation, but all in vain. Now I am in no mood for compromise, & have not made the payment since last couple of months & have neither used the card. I want to put a case in consumer court & claim damages towards the mental torture & uncalled
for attitude of the bank.
Kindly give your views on this & guide me how to go
about this.
