Dear Ashish,

If you have not asked for a card and yet you received one, please call up Citibank and inform them of the same and ask them to cancel the card.

Also please cut the card in two and enclose it with a letter to Citibank stating you never wanted the card and you have been fraudulently issued one. Ask them to cancel and confirm. Send this by registered post keep a copy ad acknowledgement.

I have citi bank credit card and pay my bills regularly. For August bill citi bank has not sent me any sms related to last date and payment. They directly impossed late fees of 300 rs. I have payed my bill on 7th August.. I call their customer care and he was so arrogant to talk with.. He told if bank will refund you your amount how will we make a profit.. And I told him that I am using HDFC credit card also and they actually calls you if your due date is passed and will refund if we pay the bills in 2-3 days after due date also.. CITI bank is not a trusted brand at all they just a their to make profit and to make money,,. They dnt care about their customer and their customer service is worst I have ever got.. I am going to deactivate my card soon.. WORST SERVICE till date.. While getting the card they were so polite and good and after receiving the card they just treat u as a DOG. I am not going to pay the late fees CITI..

Dont get fooled by CITI BANK ISSUE ANOTHER BANK CREDIT CARDS.
