    Angry Dipute Regarding Credit Card - 4346781010449080



    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I Ankur Arora is using HDFC Bank Credit Card : 4346781010449080 from last two years.
    However, this time when I made the payment of Rs. 280 for 2 movie tickets at Big Cinemas, Pacific Mall Ghaziabad the merchant (Reliance Media Works LI Ghaziabad IN) swipped the card twice claiming that my card is not working. Meanwhile i got a message of Rs. 280 at around 1313 hrs on my cell phone that the amount of Rs. 280 has be debited. After showing her the message of Rs. 280 she checked her machine and informed me that there was no role in the machine.

    Then I signed one Charge Receipt of Rs. 280. But at around 1800 hrs I got other message that Rs. 280 in favour of Reliance Media Works LI Ghazaibad IN).

    Now, I have been charged twice for my one transaction and for the same I called up customer care they asked me to fill the credit card complaint form and drop at the nearest drop box available at HDFC ATM machine. I did the same on 05th July, 2012 and when I am calling the customer care they are too rude in replying to my complaints.

    Earlier I was informed by the Customer Care Executive not to pay Rs. 280 but now when I again called up the customer care the executive was quite rude and blunt and he said that I have to pay Rs. 280.

    I am really pissed of by the services offered by the HDFC Credit Card Department.

    Finally, i need the resolution for my complaint otherwise I will not make any payment of my Credit Card.

    Default greedy and incorrect selling practise by HDFC credit card division managers

    Dear sir,

    I have applied for a HDFC platinum credit card approximately one month
    back (App number 12072115026650S5, if I guess correctly). I ve
    received a call from your bank thereafter (from a number 0484-3951251,
    Miss. Rukia) and they have collected various details from me to check
    the eligibility. Then they had asked for the supporting documents to
    be collected from my home. Meanwhile the the same executive called me
    and informed me that there is an option of 'diners club card' which
    has advanced features, and she made me to speak to her manager (Mr.
    Saji, Phone No. 9349788300). As he was insisting me that I should take
    this 'diners club card', I asked him whether this card can be used in
    all merchant and other locations where a normal HDFC and other credit
    can be used. He replied that this diners club card can be used in all
    locations and has advanced features than the platinum card. I agreed
    to go for a diners club card after his call and I had received the
    card (bearing card number: 3608XXXXXX0472) after approximately 2
    weeks. Once I started using it, I realised that the card is not
    recognized in almost all locations in and around kochi. The card put
    me in embarrassed situations in many merchandise, as it is not
    recognized, and many a time 'contact the issuer' message popped up.
    Some people even suspected me of using a stolen card. Then I called up
    Miss. Rukia and Mr. Saji many times and both of them didn't respond to
    me promptly and told me many excuses rather than listening to my
    request to upgrade to a platinum card. After so many calls and
    constant persuasion Mr. Saji finally agreed that this card can be used
    in few selected locations only. My use of the card is mainly in and
    around kochin and i would like to use this card in all locations,
    whether it is HDFC terminal, old or new, or any merchandise where a
    credit card is accepted. There is no point in keeping card just for
    simply paying only subscription charges. In view of the foregoing,
    Kindly accept my application for changing/upgrading this 'diners club
    card' to a 'platinum card' which i can use in all merchendise where a
    credit card is accepted..............regrads.....K. S. Anish

    Default 'hbl=015-767-653' unable to make transaction

    I was harrassed during the travelling from USA to India and they are giving wrong information to me.

    I was unable to make payment though my HDFC credit card on 19th June 2012 at houston, USA and i sent multiples emails to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com with error screen shot and merchant details and i called so many times to hrdfc credit card support number from USA but ther executive told me i'm putting wrong 'NetSafe and Verified by Visa(VBV)/MasterCard®SecureCode' so changed the password of 'NetSafe and Verified by Visa(VBV)/MasterCard®SecureCode using cuurent password' then he forced me to use forget password option and i did then after also prblem was not resolved.

    once i reached India then i called and email for the same but i didnt recieved any calls from hdfc in last 2 months and i already told him that email me for any claification i 'll reply instantly and i also mentioned in call and email. I will not pay the bill unless or util problem is resolved.

    when ever i asked status then he replied i didnt recieve his called but i did recieve any call so how can he say he called me and i recieve the call from hdfc for due amount not for resolution after 2 months.

    i already mentioned that i need resolution and confirmation on my email and i'm not agree with the below replied email becuase I was putting correct credit card number, PIN,@@@ number and theen only it asking ‘NetSafe and Verified by Visa(VBV)/MasterCard® SecureCode’ .

    It will never ask ‘NetSafe and Verified by Visa(VBV)/MasterCard® SecureCode’ if we will put wrong credit card number, PIN,@@@ number.
    I tried before 19 July 2012 and that day outstanding balance on your card account as on date is aprox INR . 11000 and i swiped after 20 July. I already shared multiple times both merchant's name ( AIRTEL and MAKEMYTRIP) with error screenshots

    This is in continuation to our e-mail dated 31/08/2012 regarding your HDFC Bank credit card account.

    At the outset, it is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with the bank was not upto your satisfaction. We assure you that it is our primary objective to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers in every interaction with the bank.

    We observe from our records that you have incurred online transactions has not processed due to Invalid credentials was entered. We request you to input valid credential ( credit card number, PIN,@@@ number ) and retry doing online transaction and revert to us with the following details, if problem persists.

    1. Date and time of the transaction
    2. Amount of the transaction
    3. Acquiring bank
    4. Merchant name
    5. Any specific error message given in the online screen (screen shot of the same)

    We also observe from our records that the outstanding balance on your card account as on date is Rs.39,040.35 as against the assigned credit limit. We request you to effect payment towards your card dues to make use of the card for more usage and retry doing the online transaction.

    To personally address the same, our Service Manager Ms. Abha Tiwari, had tried to speak to you in your overseas contact number, however, our attempts did not meet with success. Hence, we request you to provide us your convenient time to enable us discuss the matter in detail.

    Hi

    This is regarding my HDFC Credit Card no. 5242160000120161.I received a call from HDFC Collections department for full & final settlement of my card in the last week of July. I agreed to make the payment in one go & they promised me to send me the settlement letter regarding the same. I went out of town for 10 days & on my return i found a letter from their side stating that they have debited my bank account for the full outstanding amount & not the agreed settlement amount. I am badly hurt with their this act as even on my agreeing to pay the full settlement amount they have debited my bank account with the total outstanding. I am not sure where to raise the issue so raising it through this forum.
    Please help.

    Default non reciept of credit card applied on 11-07-2012

    on 11-07-2012 my application for the issue of credit card filled and it was assured by the form filler mr kuljit singh mob no 9501333477 that my card will reach me with 15 days but till today i have not recieved the card

    Sir i hv yr credit card no.5289455002626643 from last so many years.
    I hv redd yr bill. 4 or five days back. I hv seen u hv charge late fee. Sir i want to let u know that i was deposited
    my chq no. 436839 of rs. 5000/- on dt 31.7.2012 in hdfc bank indl. area-I, chandigarh branch & this chq was clear
    in my a/c. on dt3.8.2012.

    Sir I m sorry to say that u hv charge late fee rs. 700/- in current bill. Sir i was deposit my payment on time & delay in yr bank than why i will suffer. This happining so many times, if this will regular than i m sorry to say that i will not use yr credit card.

    You r requested to pl look in to this matter & reverse ny late fee in next bill.

    I would like to inform you that few days back I am applying online HDFC Credit Card. My online applying Acknowledgement No. 5111568442872012235046. After one day I am receive a call from your credit card department and they have informed me that your bank will be providing me a credit card and they have collected the necessary documents from me for the same. Your representative not given any receipt and ack. After 10 days I am contacted to your representative and they informed verbally that you have declined my application in connection with you designation is Sr Asst . But regret to say that I am not able to understand about.

    Kindly note that:
    • I am Passport holder issued by Govt. of India.
    • I am working as an Sr Asst in 2(A)Compo Tech Regt NCC under State Government of Andhra pradesh.
    • I have provided you all the information required for issuing a credit card.
    • Also as confirmed by your official that as per my online information documents I will be submit in your criteria.

    Sir, out of curiosity I shall like to know that without of any authenticity all these things have happen. Hence, I would like to request you to do the needful and trust me that whatever documents I have provided you are true.
    Lastly one more request to you that if your bank will not be able to provide/trust me to issue the card so please don’t waste the time for other people un necessarily and providing a curiosity.

    Dear Ma'am/Sir,

    I have applied for a HDFC platinum credit card approximately two months back (App number 12072115026650S5, if I guess correctly). I have received a call from your bank thereafter (from a number 0484-395125) and they have collected various details from me to check the eligibility. Then they had asked for the supporting documents to be collected from my home. Meanwhile the executive called me and informed me that there is an option of 'diners club card' which has advanced features. Thereafter there was a promotional call for the same by the manager (Mr. Saji). During the conversation I asked him whether this card can be used in all merchant and other locations where a normal HDFC and other credit can be used. He replied affirmative and said this card has advanced features than the platinum card and can be used just like other credit card. After he confirming this, I agreed to go for a diners club card and I had received the card (bearing card number: 36082500000472) after few weeks. Once I started using it, I realised that the card is not recognized in almost all locations in and around Kochi and also in none of the common e-commerce sites such as e-bay. The card put me in embarrassed situations in many merchandise, as it is not recognized, and some people even suspected me of using a stolen card. Then I called up customer care executives many times and after protracted argument one of them suggested sending a complaint through e-mail. Even after passing one month from sending e-mail (Query reference number: 12221188074), I didn’t get any response from credit card division other than a e-mail acknowledgment. I have also sent a handwritten complaint through HDFC drop box as suggested by customer care. But no-body has responded to me till date. My use of the card is mainly in and around Kochin and i would like to use this card in almost all locations, whether it is HDFC terminal, old or new, or any merchandise where a credit card is accepted. There is no point in keeping card just for simply paying only subscription fees (i had to pay first month suscription fee for this useless card). In view of the foregoing, kindly take up the issue with HDFC Credit card department for considering my application for changing/upgrading this 'diners clubcard' to a 'platinum card' for which I have applied initially, which i can use in almost all merchendise where a credit card is accepted. If that is not possible please cancel my card and associated health insurance policy also.

    Default Cancellation of HDFC titanium card

    This is regarding the cancellation titanium card.
    I got a Threatening call from HDFC bank to pay Rs 500 every month. I just received the card 5 days back and they are asking me to pay. Further, they are telling that this amount keeps on increasing and there is no other go other than to pay.
    Before offering they didn't tell any conditions like this. The concerned people from the call center are forcing me to pay the mentioned amount. Hence i request you to cancel this titanium card right now and i am not responsible for
    any of the transactions made in my name. Any delay in cancelling this card is totally your responsibility
    and not mine. No amount will be paid from my side towards HDFC bank.

    This is vishal kashyap holding a credit card no :4617872000560218 with a outstanding amount of rs 285000/- from my side .any how i am coundnot able to deposit your bank money by some personal reason ,from your side mr Deep from HDFC bank rajouri garden new delhi was following me regarding the amount which i have to given to bank ,but somehow it get delayed then mr amit chaudhary from collection department was following me from 2 mths the payment was not arrange now he is threating me and my family and he was saing that he will broke my leg also he abused us.
    so i request u to pls resolve this problem my mother is totaly disturb by mr amit chaudhary and i also req u that give me time to make payment as its suit me my intenstion r to give whole amount to bank without any satellment.

    Today one lady call me & tell ur father has taken a credit card in 2005.
    my father is expried on 2008. Now 2012.
    Left 7 yrs one lady call me ur father is taken is credit card & u pay now 200000/- rs????
    Whats means?
    She tell me u is legal hiers of ur father. she tell me pay 200000/-, i dont now about this credit card.
    When u given a credit card u ask me for this details, then why r u asking me fullish thing.
    I compliant to rbi & banking ombadsman.
