no problem., 1st i pay you your legal fee. then you need proof to prove the same. its easy and i will prove it in court and ensure you pay my hardearned money back to me.
posting it here online doesnt help me much as much i sue you in court.

you are really sick in your head. you give false advice websites which either are very slow or never works and for getting advice from poor consumers like us we poay you and get cheated.

you think you are only right and all other consumers are fools and then when we are depressed you cheat us.

have some concience .dont tell lies like these and fool us.

i dont gain by misleading anyone.only crooks like you do. havent you robbed me of my money. that only proves so.

once i get you proved fraud in court and one day you get arrested then i will display you along with your photograph here.

Default HDFC Credit Card Faulty recovery

My name is Kranti Mayekar and I am using HDFC creadit card (card number: 4346 7810 0979 0387).

I have made all the outstanding payments in the month of October along with the excess balance of Rs. 3,500/ (Three thousand Five hundred only). When questioned about the excess payment they transferred it to other credit card (4346 7810 1149 8425). Again after following with HDFC Customer care they again transferred that amount to my credit card.

Now HDFC has charged me Rs. 4,500/- along with the interest. When i asked about the excess payment of Rs. 3,500/- they said it got adjusted with some charges however i made all the payment in the month of October 2011.

I followed up with HDFC bank but no one addressed me with my concern as they said Credit card queries are dealt with Customer Care only. I also said that i will make the payment minus Rs. 3,500/- which i paid in excess.

I want a proper justice with my money and also for my other credit card (4346 7810 1149 8425).

    Regards

    Kranti M

    sir / madam .
hi . i am shantanu baruah , i am holding a credit card from HDFC - (5289 4560 0113 4571) . This a/c was in recovery last from two months . So i have decided to settle his a/c in the month of apirl , 2012 because I am expecting some kind of funds . So i got offered lot of settlement deals from collection agencies . A collector came to my place on 14th march , 2012 ,
    His details -----
    B R ASSOCIATES , addrs - 10148 Katra Chajjd Pandit , newDelhi 110005 , ( collection agency ) .
    Authorized Collection Firm - DBR
Name of the collector - PANKAJ
    Collector ID - No-4945 ,
    phone # 9953117333 , 9213936580

asked me to settle this a/c . Educated him that i am going to settle this a/c next month due to my financial situation . They have informed me that this is end of financial year .So they are settling lots of a/c s with high discounts . Said tow payments of Rs.6500 in two months and Rs.3000 as commission to settle this a/c at lower settlement . . So i agreed to do this . So they did verification call with their senior . Now I came to know that they lied to me and Rs.6500 payment goes towards my minimum due of this months . Now when I tried to call them they abuse me and said ' '-do what ever you want to do because I don't have proof to show they have taken money from me ...
Please help me .. Its not about the money i have paid . Its about the trust because they are using HSBC name . So should i trust these guys again . Or should I consider this a/c as closed a/c ... What should i do .

    thanking you ..

Default HDFC CREDIT CARD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and EMI.

    Team,

Then why it has been confirmed to me, it will be converted into EMI once i receive my new card. I am not asking for an new option, i am asking for the EMI option what HDFC has confirmed me on call which has already been identified by your management.

You are hiding and making the customer to get the card. After which, you are replying on mail there is no EMI option available on card.

When ever i am calling the customer care, they are replying like, will get back to me in another one weeks time. since now i dint receive any call or SMS.

After my due of payment date, they are coming back with solution, there is no EMI option available in your card.

I am ready to pay my outstanding amount if it is converted into EMI as promised by HDFC bank.

if i am not getting an EMI option, i would like to close my corporate card and close my corporate account.

"Why was the below mentioned reason not communicated to me before my due date through voice or mail. It has been replied only after several reminders from my end."

Do u (HDFC) need several reminders from each customer to perform your duty.

Dont close the service call (reference no 12090847715 & 12090847715) Until my issue is resolved.

    Dear Sir,
I have been with HDFC bank for past five years and been a genuine customer....there is no black mark in my credit statement so far...
But now there has been a fradulent transaction made by someone using my card for Rs.10,000...I disputed the transaction twice but still HDFC is asking me to pay the amount. How could I pay for the transaction which I haven't made....This issue is really disturbing me and have no idea how to proceed. Any help or suggestion would be of great relief.
