Dear Sir,

I have a standard chartard Bank credit card ( 4541 9823 3400 4386 ).
I took a offer "card enhancement pack" for which I have to pay 356.94 per month.
I have paid this amount along about couple of months.


Then as per discussion with customer care standard chartard bank I have sent back the "Offer KIT" for cancellation the card enhancement pack offer to the following address:-

Standard Chartard Bank
CB Telefeles
Koramangala Industrial Area,
Bangalore 560095.

This KIT was accepted from standard chartard bank ON 17TH March.
DTDC tracking No is: K54021483

Then I called to customer care to cancel the offer and they took cancellation request. But this is not being cancelled.

I called Mr Binod Kripa on 24/3/2012 at night and he asked me to call between official time.

Then I called Mr S. Vikram on 26/3/2012 for cancellation the card enhancement pack offer.
He took the request and sent to the concern team and told me that within 3-4 working days this will be cancelled.
He also confirmed the acceptance of "KIT sent by me through DTDC".

Then I called on 8/4/2012 to customer care to know the status.
But Mr Promod (customer care representative) told me that the offer is not being cancelled as I want to retain the offer but this is not correct.
Then I asked him(Mr Promod) to provide the name of the person to whom I told to retain the offer(As per Bank Customer care) by the call log.
But they denied to provide the call log details.
I become surprised as no one can avail the offer without KIT and the KIT was accepted by Bank then how this offer can be retained without KIT.
Then Mr Promod asked me again to put fresh request to cancell the offer and this will take 15 days as per Promod.
