My Name is vikas tripathi i have HDFC TATINUM Crediet card i had paid my TATA AIG POLCY permimum 4750 RS by HDFC TATINUM Crediet card no(5289456001510242).

after 5 month i have revived a call from miss manisha personal no(9312563546) from land line no. she said at that time that you have to pay only 6420 rupees only from 7157 rs. company giving you relaxation of 1500 rs. at that time i asked to her specially that i will not have to pay more then 6420 , is company giving me such relaxation of rest amount from 7157 after paying 6420 rs. then she said yes.

now when i talked to customer care the she said that y have to pay 1000 rs more .
