    Default icici bank credit card is harassing me

    Hello Sir, My name is vivek kumar khetan and my contact number is 9873076782. I am using icici bank titanium credit card. on 15th of feb 2012, i made a online purchase with a site name jabong.com and purchased a shoe for rupees 1419. payment authorization name is Tech process for this transaction. The color of shoe was delivered wrong so i made a complain to jabong.com for refund and they made a refund. In the meanwhile i got my credit card statement then i saw that my credit card has been debited twice for the amount 1419. i have made a complaint to icici bank for this and jabong.com as well. Icici bank is not listening me at all they are saying from last month that it is under investigation. mentally they are harassing me. i got confirmation from jabong company that they have taken amount only once and they have returned that amount as product was refunded. now where is my second amount for 1419. I am really fedup kindly take strict action against bank. if i ll make a delay to pay the amount one day they charged my credit card late payment charges and all but when they are taking long time and hold my money then who is going to fine icici bank. i want compensation for this as they have wasted loads of time . how they dare to charged my credit card twice.

    Default Credit card repayment Harrasment

    Hi,

    I had a ICICI Bank credit card 5 yrs ago. I stopped making payments to the card as I wanted to go for settlement. I approached them twice with no results and also when payments were stopped no one called to check for the same. After 3ys of the payment stopped, ICICI bacnk woke and decided to harrass me on the same. Though my cell number was available on their form, they hacked my CV unethically. They called up the references on the CV stating they are from a courier company and had a parcel for me, however the alert references decided someone was out to harass me and as no one picked up the call on the same number refused to give out the numbers.

    After which ICICI Bank contacted me on my cell and asked for settlement, which I said will have to wait due to financial issues. They then called the Refereces again and demanded money from them which was unethical. This was 3mths back. Now again they have started the harrassment by not calling the person who has to make the payment but to all the relations and friends. Question raised is how they access this information, by hacking the phone records? not possible as not in touch with these relations and dont have their numbers.

    ICICI BANKS is very unethical in their policies.

    Please advise on how to handle the situations

    The most pathetic bank out of all the Banks in India i.e ICICI Bank... RBI should cancel the banking license of ICICI bank because wherever theres a issue of customer with bank I found ICICI 95%..

    On Jan2012 i clear all the due amt as per settlement letter & at the time of settlement it was promised by the agent as well as its manager that NOC will be mailed to you just after 15days of your final pymt. and your acc. was zeroised and closed before that...

    Bt now i call him so many times bt they keep on saying that wait we will definitely sent it to you by next week and so on 6months has been passed bt now revert from ICICI Bank.. after taking the pymt. its the bank duty to closed the acc. asap and provide NOC to customer.. But as i said this bank is full of fraud employees... just because of that our grievances was not solved and at last we stopped making pymt. But at that time bank dont bother abt that.
