My Name is Mrunal Pandit, & i used to have ICICI Credit Card, which I had blocked immediately after i realised of FRAUD Transaction done by Yahoo India in the month of March 2011. I had immediately intimated ICICI Credit Card Call Centre, & they had provided me Req # for FUTURE correspondences. On the contrary I had E-MAILED also to ICICI people, to look into this matter & resolve this issue on asap basis.
CIBIL people had UNNECESSARILY listed me in DEFAULTERS List without checking my History of Transactions.
I had swiped my CARD till Rs.24000.00 which I had PAID without becoming DEFAULTER, then why should i become DEFAULTER for only Rs.3307.90 charged by Yahoo India.
I learnt of my name in DEFAULTER only when m Credit Card applications are REJECTED by Bankers, with reason as I am DEFAULTER in CIBIL List.
I think we should put CIBIL on BLACKLIST & should suggest Financial Institutions/Bankers not to take Final Decisions based on such reports.
If CIBIL has the Authority to put us on DEFAULTERS list w/o checking our details & history, we should pull them to COURT & File case against them for SPOILING our Reputation, and Image.
If any CIBIL people reading this, they can contact me on 9821010800, because if we want to contact you on number provided on your website, and AVR goes saying, you had called up in Business Hours, and then line gets disconnect.
I have all the Mailers what i had been doing with ICICI Credit Card department, but till date NO Action by them, and still they are sending me INVOICES of my OUTSTANDING, which i don't owe to any one of them.
Looking forward for your SUPPORT & IMMEDIATE SOLUTION on above matter.
