    Default ICICI bank Card harreshment

    Dear Customer Care Manager,

    I want to register a strong complain against ICICI bank which is harassing
    me and doing fraud with me. As a sincere customer, I have requested so many
    times for settlement of that amount which is already questioned. Please see
    the communication below (in forwarded mail).

    Now some agents from Rohini (New Delhi) are harassing me for payments
    through phone while I gave my consent to take payment from my office, which
    was mutually agreed before 15 days. A girl, Sanjana from Rohini branch
    committed me a settlement letter on behalf of 2000 INR before 15 days and
    she told me that collection executive would come to me for payment. But no
    one came to me. When next billing has come, other person from the same
    branch, Rahul (4th Floor) is making calls for approx 7000 payment.

    What a mockery of business like this ! Please check all my communications
    with Banks through mails and phone. You will find that I have paid 2100
    against the settlement in April but after so many promises they have not
    issued settlement letter.

    Again I was ready to pay 2000 which was mutually agreed with Rohini Branch
    but they did not send executive for payment collection after so many
    repeated calls that executives are going. Now after 15 days, again they are
    making calls and demanding 7000.

    Please look into this matter and try to send a responsible person to talk to
    me, otherwise, it would be dealt as a matter of violating the rights of a
    person and disturbing the life of a customer.

    Default ICICI Bank Credit card Division

    They use very abussive language and thretends friends and relatives if there is any delay in payment, They are not at al coperative when any frien wishes to help them out.
