    Default False Committment by Standard Chartered Personnel

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have been approached by Mr. Harpreet Singh, representative of Standard Chartered Credit Card (Mob. No. 9953701507), to apply for credit card in Standard Chartered Bank on 23rd Dec 2011. He has promised for 2 gift vouchers along with card.

    1. 10 Gold PVR Tickets, with validity of 2 years.

    2. 3N/4D Holiday Voucher, with validity of 1 year.

    I have submitted all the required documents on the same day and got my credit card within 7-8 days of documents submission date. But I didn't get the gift vouchers. Immediately I called Mr. Harpreet, he assured that you will receive gift vouchers in next 7 days, but I didn't receive the same.

    Now he is denying about his commitment for gift vouchers. Also the bank's customer care is not ready to listen my complaint and not answering my calls.

    On account of this, I strongly feel that I have been cheated by Bank's representative / Bank. Hence, I must be compensated for the negligence of bank / their representative.

    You are requested to please look into the matter and take remedial actions for my grievances.

    Hi Rajeev Kumar,

    As per my idea,Best solution is only to write email to customercare@sc.com or Head.Service@sc.com

    they can only hep in this case.

    i also faced same trouble and visited allied law and availed free service from alliedlaw, india

    what advice alliedlaw has given is absolutely correct. follow it.

    your problem will be solved, am sure
