I was opt the ICICI Bank Credit Card in 2003 & it was expire in 2006. Their is no Principle outstanding at that time & I was paid all my bill amount. In 2012 suddenly recieved a leagal notice from ICICI Bank that I have out standing due Rs.14450/- in your credit card & same was updated in CIBIL also. I was sock when i received it hence I visited ICICI Branch (Aug. 12) about to know my dues but they are not able to help me due to Card was too old & they keep 6 month detail only. Then i will try to phone banking number (079-66309890) to get the information about my due but they also replay me same think, they are not able to provide me my statment due to old card detail.
Suddenly one day ( 20th Jan 12) ICICI Bank collection person Mr.Manshukh call to my residance land line number and talk to my wife about my number. My wife gien him my number & the person call me for recovery. I told him their is no principle outstanding if you have give me statment and collet the money.The person told me same thing we are not liable to your statment but don't worry you settle your accout nicly. Then another three four days he call me and insist for settlement & i wlays replay give me my statment but he was not give me any awnswer for that.
I was ask him quation from 2006 to 2012 no representative call me for my outstanding, neither i was recived any stament of outstanding then how suddenly came into 2012, the gentlement replay me, For such small amount we don't call to customer, I ask him, then why call me now. He told me your accout in huge dpd hence we call you for settlement now. I told him give me my statment first I will pay your all money if my any principle outstanding over their but he never give any awnser to me.
I was also downloded to Gaviounce form from ICICI Bnak site and courier then on 24/08/2012 about my problem to him hydrabad head office but till date I have not recieved any answer.
I want fire harrasment complaint agaisnt ICICI Bnak.
