Default Cache Mercantile transanction without my consent

I got a telephone call on 16.12.2011 saying that “We are calling from SBI Card, please give the details of your credit card for verification purpose and promotional offers”. After few minutes, I got the SMS for transaction of Rs.6999/- by IVR Cache Mercantile and I surprised without my consent and knowledge, how they made this transaction. Immediately, I contacted SBI card & told them about this cheating transaction by M/s ivr Cache Mercantile and requested to block my card. SBI suggested me to send the complaint on line as well as send the dispute form dully filled-in. After completing all those formality SBI is not responding to my complaint and not resolving the issue. So, I strongly understood, SBI Card people are involved in this cheating transaction. Now, please tell me how to resolve this issue as the transaction is done without my consent in a cheating manner. Also, verify my conversion details through Voice Recorder of ivr Cache Mercantile.
