An ICICI bank agent from Delhi name rakesh is constantly harassing me, my wife, my old parents sister for last 20 days. I had a settlement with ICICI bank to close my crdit card account by paying Rs. 30,000/-. This ICICI agent, rakesh told me that they will send me official
email from ICICI about the settlement and only after that I will pay my settlement amount. This incident happens on 28th December,11. Rakesh also send me a SMS on 28th December,11 that he will send an email on 29th December,11 morning in my email ID and after that I will make the settlement payment. ICICI bank also informed me that without that settlement official email I should not make any payment.But that official email never came from ICICI about the account closure and instead ICICI agent rakesh started threatning me, my wife, my office staff, my old parents and sister constantly for last 20 days. he is using abusive languange and even very very slang language to my mother, wife, sister and other aged person and creating mental harassment and also saying abusive language to my wife which falls under sexual harassment. I want to file a sexual harassment case against rakesh for sexually abusing my wife and also mental harassment case against ICICI for mentally harassing and abusing my parents and sister without any reason. I want to file a defamation case against ICICI bank for defaming me in my office without any reason. Pls Advise whether I can file this case against ICICI bank and certainly I will file a police case against this ICICI agent of Delhi Mr. rakesh. Avik.
