This is to inform the HDFC credit Card Department that, my credit card (4617873000612652) has been upgraded to a maximum limit of 2.5 lakh without my permission at all. The credit card department is not cancelling the card even after several attempts to Phone banking.

I wrote an email to the HDFC credit card Dept regarding this issue in which I have mentioned that this card has been upgraded without my consent and i shall not be responsible for any kind of transaction with this card to which they have replied with the query reference number for e-mail I wrote : 12023414300.

HDFC Bank also told that some of the customer care executive will call me within 2 working days but i have not received any kind of call on my cell no which is (9958880386). And now they have issued my the PIN for the new and upgraded credit card also.

I want to use this forum as a concern and stating the problems with the HDFC credit card dept.
