Hi,

I am Gaurav Bajpai. I was being told that the expenses made by me could be converted into EMI's and can be paid back which is not happening now. I am using my card since more than a year. I am not getting regular statement on my mail due to which some payments got delayed or couldn't be made. Last paymnet was made by me on 19th December. Now i have got the statement on which due date is 5th Feb 2012. But despite of this I am getting regular calls from the recovery department (Ruchi)trying to threaten me and talking in very rude or inappropiate manner. Is this a way any one talk to a customer???? HDFC has allowed these pratices in their organisation??? The way she talked and said about my house and office was a total HARASSMENT. This has happened for the second time. Last time when this happened (in Feb) I was out of town due to Grand Mother's death, and due to which I was not able to make the payment.


Please let me know what necesary actions could be taken.
