Hi,

I Bhargav Rajgor having your credit card, card no. 4346-7810-1396-8565 would like to inform you
about fraud transactions are done on my above mentioned card, on 18/01/20012 at 11:47 pm I had
received an sms which mentioned transaction of INR 7900.00 on credit card xxxx8565 to ETSAFE POS D
I immediately called at customer care number to inform about the same and to block my credit card
by that time there were two more sms my mobile phone stating transactions done as of INR 7900.00
on credit card xxxx8565 to ETSAFE POS D.

As per the telephonic discussion with customer care executive told me to fill the dispute form in writing
& submit to nearest HDFC Bank ATM centre & he lodge my complaint & provided me with Service
request number # 12018848058.

Addition to this I have submitted an application with Police station near to my residence for the same.

Please any one can explain me How this transaction are happening with HDFC bank Credit Card holder only to the same vendor.
