Credit Card Settlement

Dear Sir,

I had three credit cards with me ICICI, SBI and HSBC. All together I have spent around 1,00,000 rupees from all the three cards. I used to pay the minimum balance whenever the bill raised. But during recession time I lost my job in 2008. I was into deep trouble and could not pay the money. Till today I am jobless and planning to setup a small business. When applied for loan I have come to know that my name is in CIBIL and loan got rejected. I would like negotiate with banks and settle down my credit card issues. So, please guide me in this regard. If possible please give me the details of accounst and due balance.

Dear sir,

pls assist me. i have done settlement to my cr card 1 and half yrs before and got settlement letter. Last month i made full payment to the same cr card. so now their is no pending amount at my end. what would be the cibil score/report towards my name?
