i have a credit card of hdfc bank
they have charged me rs 50 on my card they are charging me since last two or three months
when i inquired about it they told me it is for making cash payments to the bank
on that matter i contacted the bank to ither reverse the charges or to cancell my card and take the full payment
its been a month but there is no reply about it from the bank
please let me know where sould i contact to have this matter finilesed
