I had not recieved the bill detail from the month of April 2011. I called customer care about the bill detail and they mailed me after two months.Then I sent written mail to the bank for reversal of the charges which are levied for non sending of bill detail and they replied no reversal and mentioning bill will be delivered from the next time timely.But uptill now I am not getting the bill details evry month.There representatives also misguided me for paying min. due and charges will be reversed.I had been in there trap for couple of times but they hadnt reversed the finance charges.I will only pay what i spent from my card not any late fee, overlimit fee,finance charges. Please Help.
