HDFC CreditCard Status Shows Written- Off in CIBIL Hello,
My name is Manoj Kumar Pal and I was using HDFC bank credit card. I made full payment of 9000/- rs on 06-03-2011 and there is new dues on my card now. But still on the CIBIL site my card is showd as Written off. I called HDFC bank couple of times but no success. Can you please help me to remove that status for my card.
