I am a HDFC Credit Card holder for last 11 years. In last September, 2011 they have charged a sum of Rs. 8789.00 towards the payment of HDFC ERGO policy which I did not want. I requested Customer Care division number of times that I do not want the ERGO Policy but still they have charged the amount and sent the policy papers. HDFC Card division is behaving very badly.
Kindly advise in this regard.
