Hi I have HDFC Credit card and was using it since October 2010. It was good still April 2011 when i got my statement and found that i have been charged again for 2 transactions which happened in November and December. I was shocked and called the HDFC customer care and informed about the charges to which the agent have informed that it will be taken cars off which actually happened for 1 charge and that was reverted back. BUT the transaction which happened in November was not credited. thinking that it will show up in next month i waited till July to happen but nothing happened hence i have visited the bank and informed then about the same in writing but even that was not taken care off then. since then i am continuously contacting the bank with the complaint.

Further to this When i did not get any resolution i have contacted the Banking Ombudsman on December 2011 and filled the formal complaint and to my disgrace the HDFC bank informed BO that there need to be written letter given to the bank for the dispute with in one month and hence they can now only check the matter internally and BO has dismissed my complaint. Now after all this when i contacted the bank and asked them that do we require any written complaint for the same they says that it is not require to fill any form for the double debit. which means they have lied to BO and fooled them as well.

Now i want to raise an complaint in the Cousumer court for the same and need help with the proceduing
