I am an icici credit card holder, and have been unable to make the payment for the card for a few months.
I am willing to settle the card, but I cannot settle the card on the amount your collection agency is quoting.
While I am still accessible on phone and willing to meet icici bank officials, at their collection center to settle my card and get a good settlement amount, the collection agency is calling up my office and demanding to speak to the CEO of the company.
The collection agency is using very rude and false statements, and alleging things that I have never committed.
Following are some of the things they said to my company.

• That I have made the company as the financial guarantor and that the company is liable to make the payment towards the outstanding of the card.

The are using abusive language on people who have nothing to do with the credit card.

I do not see why the collection agency has to take these steps when I am the defaulter and I am willing to take their calls and talk to them.

why are they using abusive language towards others and threatening them.
They should be speaking to me.
