Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to bring in your kind notice that I am using a credit card of ABN AMRO bank from last 2-3 years, I always use this card on some emergency requirements only. Even I have a habit of checking my outstanding amount every time after using it, by calling customer care. but last month after doing some transactions of Rs.4865 on 2nd August I come to know that my outstanding amount is of Rs.37,673. although I have not used nor I authorized anybody to use my card. I immediately requested them to close my card, On 16th Aug they have sent me statement dated 12th Aug I was shocked to see that the multiple transactions has been done by somebody in faridabad. I don't know how it happens although my card was not lost it was in my custody at my home. Regarding this I have placed 2 letters to the bank by hand at it's Credit card division Noida office, I'st on 16th Aug & II'nd on 22nd Aug highlighting the disputed transactions. Since that day I have not received any revert from the bank. I also told them to rectify my statement and only then I will pay my outstanding amount.
Please do help me in this regard as I am really harassed with these things. & because of this I am not able to sleep at night.
Request you to please look into the matter and do the need full.
