Removal of name from CIBIL-Complaint agst SCB Card Dear Sir,
I have SCB Credit card no.4196-0749-4706-7055. My name is in defaulter list for non payment. I have been using my card since last 3 years and have made regular payments. During the month of April May due to certain personal problems, i was unable to make the payment on time.
The months after july i have regularly made by payments and now the amount is fully settled. Inspite of regular payments for past 4-5 months and also settling the amount, my name is not removed from Defaulters list. I request to kindly remove my name from the list and also initiate stringent action against Standard Chartered Bank, Credit card services for harrasment of customers. I came to know about the same after i applied far Car loan with State Bank of India, which is on hold since 20th December,2010
I have been writing letter since 21st December,2010 and still they have not resolved my case. I request your immediate attention in this matter.

Can’t save since your whole salary goes towards payment? Paying just minimum credit card dues? Outstanding amount always as large as the previous month, or increasing? Dependent on credit card/s to support yourself? Over your credit limit? Been declined credit? Need cash advances to manage monthly expenses? Hiding bills/ Credit card statements from family members? late payment charges-SCB Credit card I had the credit card of Standard Chartered Bank in around 2002-03. I utilized that for around Rs. 1600/ and made the payment by cheque on the last day in the drop box. from the next bill I got the message that you have the made payment late and impose the late payment charges. I denied to pay the same. And again around after two year I got the call the pay Rs. 500 and settle the issue. I made the payment of Rs. 500 and got the receipt of the same. Than After about 3 years I got the call that you have around 8000/- as late payment charges. Now, after 8 year when I applied for fresh card of SBI they called me to make the payment of Rs.2000- and settle the issue. But what should I pay. They have put this in CIBIL and I am not able to get the card of another bank. Please settle the issue.
