Dear Sir,

My name is Tanmoy Majumder. Recently I have received a credit card from SBI. Before receiving the Credit Card, SBI sent me the Billing Statement. After few communications with customer care of SBI Card, they informed me that, the bill was a mistake.

But today again I received the Billing Statement with the previous fraudulent bill and late payment charge.

Kindly resolve the matter.
