ICICI Credit card settlement

Hi,

I had lost my ICICI credit card in 2009 and requested customer care to block it and had just slipped my mind later. i have got a call 2 weeks back from the agents which forced me to remember these all things.When i asked them to give me transaction wise details, for which they are saying not possible and i will have to pay around 13k which is principal amount as per their records.

I can not afford so much as i am jobless and i am in deep financial crisis, but i want to settle this to avoid these type of calls anymore. I am just planning to deal directly with the bank rather these agents which would help me to settle with the less amount. So could any of you please guide me.

hi

i am facing issue with my credit card, that card was issued to me in year 2002 and in the year 2006 i have blocked that card because that was stolen and after that i move to another city and i didn't receive any new card.suddenly in Nov2011 i get a call from ICICI Bank New Delhi that i have a pending amount of Rs,45000/-to pay.
please suggest what should i do, should i log a FIR because now frequently they are chasing me for the payment and Harassing me.
