So due to some personal problem i use to pay my credit card bills as per the convenience on 12th of each month .

I am getting so may calls from collection dept with bad behavier however i have inform to the customer care that i will be able to pay every month bills on 12th only .

My Credit Card Limit was Rs.20000 . I have alreday paid Rs 8300. But Still its showing Rs 18000 Which i have to pay. And credit limit is showing NILL.

No problem I will pay . But i dont want any calls from collection dept.
