Dear Sir,
I have two cases of credit cards.
First-I was bearing SBI Credit Card no. 5264685317209011 and the same was closed in 2007 when I left Guwahati but I have got a call from Delhi by Miss Lipi Sharma in june month of year 2010 and she told me that my account was not yet settled and I have to pay Rs 40,000. She threaten and harrashed me lot over phone and so i got feared and again I have paid Rs 40,000/- by cash on 24th June 2010.The details of payment is given below-Date-24-06-1010
Amount-Rs 40,000
Mode of payment-By Cash
Receipt No.15221423
Book No.362707
Place-Durgapur
Agency code-1BC0607
And that time Miss Lipi Sharma has told me that within 10 days I will get the settelment letter but till today I have not yet received. I have sent many mails to her and her higher authority but no positive response received.
Now recently when I applied for loan,I came to know that my name was enlisted in CIBIL and so my loan was not passed from HDFC.
Second-I was also bearing an Axis Bank Credit Card (4718630000438993) in Guwahati. Here also same incident happened, they started to threaten and harassing me and They have told me that account was not yet settled and I have to pay Rs 34200. finally I agreed to pay the said amount in installment as I was in financial crisis. I paid the amount in cash in installment between the period of July-11 to June-11, Rs 10000/month in four consecutive month and But till now no I have not any settlement letter from them and perhaps they also enlisted my name in CIBIL.
Sir it is my humble request to help me in this concern so that my name can be removed fro CIBIL.
My PAN NO.BAUPS2522L.
If anything more required, pls feel free to call or mail me.

wrong entry of overlimit fee charge Sir,
SBI Credit Card has done wrong entry of Rs.-500 for overlimit charge. As per their rule no. G. Overlimit charges are applicable on total outstanding exceeding the Credit Limit at the rate of 2.5% of overlimit amount or Rs500 whichever is higher.
I exceeded the overlimit 418 as per the current statement. I already give complain for this but still there is no refund for this and they are blaming me for this also. Please make arrangemet for refund of amount.

I have a SBI Credit Card and made a purchase of Rs.41,000 and Rs. 20,000 on 20th December 2011 in Kailash Electricals in Hyderabad for materials required for carpentry work in my house. The transaction slip for Rs. 20,000/- didn't print even though I got a message saying the amount has been debited from my card. After 3 days I got a call from SBI to convert the transactions to EMI and I did the same. The next day I got a call from the merchant that the amount of Rs. 20,000/- has not reached his bank account. I immediately called the customer care and they confirmed the transaction was indeed made and the money should reach the merchants account. After that due to personal reasons I was not available in Hyderabad for quite sometime and when I came back in March, the merchant has not released the inventory due to the Rs. 20,000/- not being credited to his account and even provided his bank statement as proof.
From that time onwards I am complaining to SBI Cards (managed by GE Capital) first to their generic complaint mail ID and escalating it to their manager(Sangeeta), vice-president(Divya) and all I get is the same mail with the following wordings with just the signatory changing.
I have asked them in plain English, to give me a proof of how the money has reached the merchant for eg, a txn reference or id etc, but all they want me to do is "claim the credit directly from the merchant", how on earth will he do that when he is so sure the money hasn't reached him. Please let me know how should I proceed with this case.Code:Mr. S Prasanna Re: Review of two Transactions dated December 20, 2011 at Kailash Electricals For Rs 20000.00 and for Rs. 41000.00 on your SBI Credit Card.
