Now they've started calling my colleagues extensions randomly and using abusive language. Can someone please help me how this can be stopped and some action can be taken?

I'm Palak Biswas, based out of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I got a credit card from HDFC during September/October 2010. I continued the card till January 2011 and then stopped it. I had some professional problems and was jobless for a couple of months. Even during that period I continued paying my minimum amount every month. Delay by a few days cased me those agents calling my parents at my home town and abuse them for payments.
Since then I've been paying them regularly and paid close to 50% of my total dues. However, I ran into some problems this month and communicated that I won't be able to pay this month. And since then they are calling my office landline constantly, abusing the reception ladies and threatening me like anything. When I asked them talk to my brother-in-law, who's a lawyer by profession, refused to do so and even they're changing names from Pooja to Seems to Shreya every-time. and constantly embarrassing me by calling my office numbers randomly and abusing them. These has caused me some serious mental pressure and embarrassment in front of my colleagues and family members.
The numbers they're calling from are 011-66219031, 011-4531 5300, 011- 4531 5400.
