Hi,

I am right not in a pretty bad shape and financially not able to to pay any dues on my CC .
I have almost 70K dues on 4 cards each .
I other loans also ... My CIBIL score is already very bad and can't go further down .

When i called citibank Customer care those guys keep on giving me some one no and keep on delaying that .
I cannot make any payments as i do not have any money for that . I have already payed almost 1-2 lakh each on all these credit cards and now cannot keep on paying further .

So please let me know how to initiate a settlement for the same and close it with whatever money i can pay .
