Dear Sir / Madam,

I filed a case against AXIS Bank against my Credit Card balance payment.(IA No: 1169/10; OS No:1045/10) (Card No:4718 6100 0109 4441). Meanwhile I received a call from axis bank stating that bank approved and offered an settlement amount for Rs.32000 Instead of Rs 1 lac outstanding and urged me to pay the amount and assured me that they will provide the letter on the day when I am paying the amount. On that day (11/Oct/2011) they showed and gave me the letter and asked me to pay the amount in cash counter. While i am paying the amount in counter they taken the settlement letter and gone away. Still now they not provided me the settlement letter.

While made a complaint in the TOLL FREE NUMBER and Grievance Cell they are denying that no such thing was happened. But every thing is available in the banking surveillance video record. They are neither share the video nor taken action against on the involved staffs and agents. How to proceed further. Please help me.
