Sirs,


I had HDFC Credit card no : 528 9455 0015 64803 on which I had taken loan of 29100/- on card for 36 month
of emi 1114.36 in month of Aug. 2008, after 3 months i request HDFC bank to settle amount & they had given
me amount of Rs. 46679/- & i had paid the same on date 05.11.2008, then only my card statement shows the loan transactions with outstanding in minus amount & then after one year i made purchasing from Aug. 2009 to Dec. 2009 of Rs. 10164/- which
& i paid it in Jan. 2010. From Jan. 2011 i had started getting calls from recovery department & people
coming at my home for money which i had already paid in advance & HDFC people not updated in their system.
every month i got call for money & when i explain them, they will never come back, now i am frustrated
HDFC bank sent me legal notice & filed complaint against me for outstanding which is not at all.
Loan taken 29100 = 1114.36 x 36(emi) = 40116.96, amt paid 46679.00
purchasing from Aug. 2009 to Dec. 2009 = 10164/- amt paid 10164 in Jan. 2010.


I request the consumer court to get into the the matter & help me to get out of this matter.
