HDFC bank credit card department not settling my card account My credit card ending with 7472
From last 2 months HDFC Bank recovery department harassing me for payment of credit card dues. I’m asking for settlement for the same he told me to make minimum payment and after that I get settlement letter for the same, after that I’m not received any settlement letter from the bank and continues calling to customer care they told me that they are not going to settle my account.
How can i get settlement from HDFC Bank Credit Card ?
