Iam Sanjeev and want to lodge complaint against Barclay Card Department for credit
cards

My statement generation period is 19th of every month

From april 19 onwards, they are sending wrong bills, on my phone request and as told
by customer department Mr Prakash Dtd 7th July at 10 PM, my final amount due was INR
1574 which I paid immediately by HDFC online transfer through my bank and Mr Prakash
told that their is no balance on me except my regular EMI which doesnt come to more
than 300 Rs everymonth
Again I got a fake statement from them ON 25TH jULY saying to pay 2338, Iam
surprised, I written again a complaint to them on service service@barclays.com for
complaint, again I received a fake statement in 25th August 2009 giving a amt of
1248 to pay, iam not able to understand wht sud I do, pls help

I have written more than 40 emails and called up minimum 20 times in their consumer
court
This is again barclays card no 433948146239

From April 19th 2009, I havent purchased anything from this card
