Dear Sir,
I am Naresh Chandra,having a HDFC credit card.Card no is 5242161000011012.This card is not provided me the facility of online transaction and online bill pay ment facility.Last 15 days continuously i am trying to customer care but they are not helping me.I also sent so many emails to customer care regarding this problem but still problem is not solved.They are saying we arrange a call back to you.But no one trying to solve my problem.Again and again new person receive a call at customer care and say that he or she recived my complain and forward this in technical department.But problem is not solved.Again i call and same process is started.Sir last 15 days this is continuously happening.But solution is not found.i have mentally harassed by them Please help me.
