these guys were unable to update my address but were able to visit n number of times and collect all the payments.. (2 lakhs + ) .. and send me mails saying that they cant update the address as the signature was mismatching.. after 5 months

not just an address for communication.. even for updating a phone number.. it took me several days, and u cant imagine the answers .. from the support team..

i've n number of blank calls from them.. ( u understood? ) .. yes.,. these guys doesnt call us on the banks name .. or even their name..

and the funny thing is i dont have to pay a single rupee.. ) but they would to like encash something from their harassment techniques ...

whom do shall i contact for this robbery..

They offered me a BT of 80k at 0.99% rate for six months but the interest added in the statements was quite different. and when I asked for an explanation over mail, they reply me saying that someone tried calling me over phone for explaining the same but could not reach, and yes, that message was received almost after 4 months. And ofcourse, they never gave an explanation for the interest generated.. Literally the card was closed 4 years back from my side, but they are still chasing me with wrong calculations..

They could trace my relatives numbers somehow and keep on calling them, even though am available always. These cheaters cant call me directly, and try several blank calls..

They call in nights, saturdays and sundays, .. and i should have received not less than some 2000 blank calls till now..

I am not conccerned about giving police complaints or closing the accounts, i need some legal support with which i can sue these people to the extent possible..

Dear Sir,

This is Elavarasu i have holding the past 3 year hdfc credit card.
My card number 4346 7820 0095 1978.recently i got the statement from hdfc bank in that they have mentioned 388.23 in the date of( 13/02/13 its KFCSC) but i did not use that date my credit card any where I Do not know why they mentioned wrongly kindly check and revert or refund the money.
