<span class="Apple-style-span">Hi,<br><br>This is vijay vikram singh, some time back I hold ICICI bank credit card which I lost in oct or nov 2007, which FIR I did at Mehrauli, Delhi police station, while when I realized that my card has been stolen and try to contact ICICI CCC during this period my card has been&nbsp;misused&nbsp;which&nbsp;compliant&nbsp;a nd&nbsp;hot-list&nbsp;request I already given to icici customer care. Now after all the&nbsp;verification&nbsp;and other process of ICICI bank (which take 65 to 70 days -&nbsp;horrible) I came to know that I have to pay that misused amount and I did that.<br><br>But the problem&nbsp;occurred&nbsp;when I applied for a PL and I came to know that during the&nbsp;investigation&nbsp;period I did not paid any amount to ICICI bank so that they put my name in cibil. I raised the&nbsp;complaint&nbsp;to ICICI and they conform &nbsp;me that nothing has been done from there end and given a conformation. Now this had been 3 to 4 years and I forget the matter.<br><br>I'm a banker now the problem start when my bank has given me a notice and hold my&nbsp;appraisal&nbsp;because of my low cibil score and also 5 to 6 month back I got a call from icici recovery team regarding my credit card , now the compliant is<br><br>1. ICICI bank has reissued a CC : In my FIR I already mentioned that I had lost my&nbsp;violet&nbsp;which carried my PAN/DL/Passport copy and other valuable items and some membership card. When I had already&nbsp;hot listed my card and never applied for new one then how come icici has reissue new card? Please provide me the request detail where I allpied for the new one also provide me receiving acknowledgement and place where the card had been delivered because my communication address was my office address which I left in nov 2007.<br><br>2. Also through cibil report I came to know that ICICI has updated my resident address for CC some of&nbsp;</span>K-103, LANE-2, SOM BAZAR, 202, NEW RAJA URI NEW DELHI DELHI 11005<span class="Apple-style-span">, where I never visited in my whole life, please provide me that address proof?<br><br>3.
