I would like to bring to your notice that I had a SBI Credit Card # 4317575018815002. I had closed this credit card almost 6 years back because I faced lot of issues with the non-receipt of credit card statement on time and wrong charges being levied on my card. Now after 6 years back I am being sent a statement in word format stating that I have a due of Rs.53760.56/-. I had made all the payments on time in the past and I do not remember if I have any dues pending against this card to the best of my knowledge. During the last 6 years there was no communication from SBI Card nor did I get any statement to my mailing address. After so many years they are sending me a statement of such a big amount and that too there is no breakup of the actual amount and charges. Moreover, the collection executive is calling and abusing me almost on a daily basis and when I am asking for the breakup of the statement they are saying that this is the outstanding amount. Request you to kindly help me out with this issue at the earliest. Also find attached the statement that SBI Card has sent to me for your reference.
