    Sir,

    Since 1st July, 2009, after submitting my all the documents (as required) to
    Standard Chartered Bank still i have not received my Credit Card nor receive any
    information in this regard.

    After making the efforts from my side to the bank, Now bank refuses to issue a
    Credit Card without assigning any reason nor returning my all documents.

    Can you please help me in this matter.

    Otherwise i will lodge a complaint against the Standard Chartered Bank to the
    following and also FIR in the nearest Police Station regarding mis-using my Identity
    Proof, Original Documents etc etc.

    Dear All

    My Loan a/c No is 7777777773550701
    I am holding a credit card of your bank and on its behalf i took a personal loan of Rs 50k in the moth of march 08.and from the date till now i am paying its emi 2570 rupees just before 5 days of its due date but in the month of march 09 my cheque was bounced . I send another cheque for the same month on 31 march and it got passed on 02 april before the one day of it date (i.e 03 of every month)

    I Call in customer care to reverse the cheque return charges and executive assured me that my cheque return charges has been reversed and the matter was over there.my emi goes on timely now.but suddenly on August i received sms from the bank that my minimum balance is due of rs 3445 and the same time I also receive a phone call from your bank from this no 01145738500 that to pay the emi of rupee 2570 i got confused. I call in customer careon 0522-382500 and executive told me your charges is 3000 rupee when i asked why i have pay to this amount . he says that is your cheque return charges for the month of march it is being continues from the march to till now.

    Dear All please solve this issue and reverse the charges if you are not helping me to solve this matter. so i will take the help of consumer court.

    Dear All,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division. The SC Bank's head office address is:

    Dear Sir,

    I had HDFC credit card no. 4346781100586049 for which I came to a settlement at an amount of Rs. 23500/- with 6 installments. After paying 3 installments I was ready to pay the remaining 3 installments at one shot provided my name to be written off from the CIBIL. Accordingly I had a telecon with HDFC representative Ms Dolan Dasgupta (Debt Mgmt, Kolkata,RIM- 9331430896 Debt Mgmt) & Mr. Rupesh Pandey. Ms Dolan DasGupta assured me that she will issue a NOC letter and a no dues letter within 4 days after the clearence of my cheque. Keeping faith on them and properly co-ordinating I have already paid Rs. 11748/- of the last 3 instalments at one shot which has already been debited from my account.

    Today when I called up Ms Dolan Dasgupta and asked her for my NOC letter, she refused to issue me the same. She said that she will issue the NOC letter to me after the clearence of the total outstanding payment against my card. This is very much unexpected and its really shocking to know that a representative from HDFC bank misguided me and doublestated statement is being said to me by Ms. Dolan Dasgupta.

    Then what is the meaning of the settlement If I pay my outstanding dues which is getting very high day by day? I have already paid the settlement amount and now the claim of the outstanding amount from me is totally unjustified. Therefore, it is very much crystal clear that I have been totally misguided by HDFC bank and espcially by HDFC's representative Ms. Dolon Dasgupta which resulted in the terms of Cheat & Fraud. Based on the words of your representative i have paid the last 3 settlement amount and now you cannot deny me from issuing the NOC letter.

    I want proper judgement and take strong action against HDFC bank.

    Dear Sir,

    I am having SBI Credit Card No. ************2060

    On 5-12-09 there is a transaction $441.37.I am informed through sms and immediate I alert Call centre vide call id 0083390003655 on 5.12.09 and fax the same on 01242567131 and mail the same under Bank ref No 003-374-930. and request for Deactivation of card and not honour the transaction.

    I am surprise when I recd another sms from LM SBI CARD on 18-12-2009 that "Your e-statement Dt 16-Dec-09 has been sent to your email id quickjump@ymail.com.Total amt due Rs. 29467.03 or Min Amt os Rs 1471.36 is payable by 05-Jan-2010 - SBI CARD. (some one hacked my account and your side also change my Email ID.)Again I called the call centre and inform them that is not my mail Id and send the statement on my mail Id that is kothari_1@rediffmail.com but they dint do so ,again I call the call centre and request them to send me statement by Fax or by post, They sent me on fax.

    After getting statement By fax I know that there is 6 unauthorised transaction is done in my card and call up and told the same at call centre. On their advise I sent dispute form.

    Bank people revered the 5 transaction but they dint reverse the 1 transaction ($441.37transaction done by moneybooker.com on 05-12-2009) and reject my claim stating that that transaction valid as they have been perform in sec environment @@@ and date of birth.

    Once again I deny the above transaction and I request bank to kindly handover this case to any agency like police, crime branch and I will full cooprate in this regard.

    I am getting regular call for payment. and requested to stop the collection till the case is not close completely.

    Still I am not getting any statement and not able to login sbi credit card site. Bank people sending statement on wrong mail Id. requested to send statement from Dec 2009 by post\courrier.

    Please advice me where can I complain the same to right agency.

    Default HSBC Credit card

    Sir,
    I was having HSBC Credit card No.4476929986769286. In the year 2006 transaction made by hacker purchasing AirArabia ticket Rs.12600/- ( Now I gorget exact amount) from Sharjah using online trasaction. Ticket booked from Chennai to Sharjah.
    I recieved alert from bank thanking me using card. Immediately I contact bank customer care number and lodge my protest. Bank show outstanding amount transaction in their respective billing cycle, after correspondence bank revert back amount but did not reverse interest and finance charge.
    Now these amount accumulate and showing big amount which is unfair practice by bank did.
    even bank stopped and cancelled above card in 2007, but still charging finance and interest on balance amount.
    I request authorities, kindly solve the matter, to improve credit rating which badly affected by bank.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    i'm pramod kumar sharma, applied a credit card from SBI BANK form no. is S0006963267 application no. is 1335960001558.
    last Thursday i got a call from SBI Bank executive says that your card approved you got card within 3 ya 4days.
    last friday i check the status write your card is not approved. regarding this matter i called several times did not give the right response and every time disconnect my call. i;m already sending a mail but did not give any response my mail.
    kindly help me solve this problem and returned my document.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Today I have been informed by your Telecaller that you have stopped the processing of my reward point redemption on the pretext of non payment of dues. This is a matter of utter disgust and another act of arm twisting to extract the money from customers after debiting the same from the card account wrongfully.
    To put on record, let me inform you that I have never deviated from timely payment of dues, not even for a single time. You have only wrongfully deducted money by claiming that you have dispatched me some card (enhancement pack and instabuy card) which I have never received. Please provide the proof of delivery if you have any. If not, then how you could deduct amount from my account and not squaring the same after bringing it to your notice since last 6 months. To make the issue further messy you have kept on debiting and crediting from amounts as per your whim and fancy. Please note that I have stopped the use of the card because of this mis-endeavour from your side and I am not responsible for the outstanding that you are showing of Rs.1707=50.
    Please rectify the same at the earliest and clean up the account.

    I am sure that I will receive my due redemption vouchers by next week.

    Default not received one time settlement letter

    dear sir,

    My card No.4477 xxxx xxxx 4012
    ref: one time settlement.

    with reference to the above subject as per your customer care officer they have sanctioned over phone for rs.30000 towards one time settlement. After that they have send mr.Sekhar mobile no.9581993719 for collection . I have paid through chq. and it is already passed in my bank and your receipt no.1102165103 dt.8.2.11.

    At the time of payment i asked for one time settlement letter from the bank then mr.sekhar said that after realization of chq. we will provide the letter because if chq is dishonoured it will be problem so after honouring the chq.. So i am waiting till honour the chq. and i called mr.sekhar what he is saying is your card is on you can utilize your card.

    This is totally unethical. Because of your dirty game i an loosing my honesty in front of my friend.

    Actually i am sending mails to you from last 2 months for one time settlement. because my financial position is very bad. even i am unable to pay minimum due also. then one of my friend is offered you take one time settlement with 50% ratio all of your cards i will take care of that amount..Now i have taken money for one settlement of icici rs.30000/- .i have paid. After that my friend is asking for one time settlement letter of icici. Now I am unable to provide the same because of your dirty game. As well as i am loosing honesty in front of my friend and also if i am not getting this letter he is not ready to pay other card payments.

    Who will compensate of my loss.? I want the letter otherwise i am approaching ombudsman court.

    As a sincere citizen of india i am giving mails from last two months for one time settlement. If i am changing my house what you will do?

    Please send one time settlement letter immediately other wise i am going to approach ombudsman court with compensation of Rs 3 lakhs

    Question Sbi privilege circle programme

    SBI Card Privilege Circle Program

    I was offered the above scheme online by SBI Tele caller executive stating that I have to pay just around Rs.6000/-and avail a trip to a place as per documents sent,A Wrist Watch,and A one way flight ticket for one person,as I have been selected as a Privilege Customer of SBI & so a Special offer and On insisting that lady to send me a mail to know more details before accepting,she said it a good offer and mail cannot be sent and I have to confirm on ph.itself immediately.On receiving the documents,I found it was not suiting me & hence asked to cancel the offer & as had made the payment by mistake by then as per my schedule.Now, they say it is not possible to do so even after my repeated conversations with the higher officers informing them about my non willingness for the same they are not resolving my issue since last 06 months now and are harassing me for there o/s payment on the cr.card which I have held up and are threatening me with letters and ph.calls that they would spoil my credit record with CBIL etc.on non payment when they themselves are not making my payment by cancelling the Privilege Circle Program which I am not at all interested in accepting. They are trying to enforce their product and decisions on me. Through now I would request you to help me in resolving this issue at the earliest with out further delay. IF more details are needed please let me know and also guide me how to go about in this matter.

    Default Someone hacked my SBI credit card

    Dear Sir
    On 11th March 2011, someone hacked my card i made two payments Worth ARs. 525 ( some on line recharge) and Rs. 901 towards Tata Indicim- Docomo. After that i blocked my card and the executive attending confirmed that someone might have hacked my card as there were some declined transactions as well because of credit limit.

    I filled the form of fraudulent payment and submitted to service desk of SBI card only to recieve a letter few days later, saying "These payments have been made by you".
    I am feeling cheated.
    Some insider from the bank can also commit this crime and this could be the reason they are washing their hands off.
